Whole Inc. dba Women Made Whole cannot be held responsible for situations beyond our control (including weather, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, etc) that inhibit attendance or that force cancellation of the conference.

This policy is consistent with the policies of most other similar conferences with which we are familiar. Please understand that virtually all of the expenses of presenting such conferences are committed regardless of how many attend and whether or not the conference occurs. Registering for the conference includes sharing the risk of such situations beyond our control.
